Joining a Minute Mediator Session
To actually start mediating you will need to join a session.
You may join a session no earlier than 30 minutes before and no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled time. The session will not officially commence until both participants have joined.
Note: You will need to have created or registered with a session.
To join a session you can either:
- Click the link in the email notifying you the session is ready
- Click on the start button for the associated session on either the dashboard or session details page.
Note: You may be redirected to a payment page before you are allowed to join the session. Payment is required before joining a session. The session will not officially start until after you click the Start button on the payment confirmation page.
Join the Session
Either click the button in the email notifying the session is ready to start or the start button in the dashboard or view page.
Pre-Start
If your opponent has not joined the session you will see a loading page until they do.
Once both users have joined the session you will see a short countdown, after which you will be redirected to the main mediation user interface
