Forgotten Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it either:

• On the Account page.
• By clicking the Forgot Password button when signing in

Forgotten Email Address

The username for your Minute Mediator account is the email address that was used to register the account. Check your inbox for any Stripe emails to confirm the email address you signed up with.

Unauthorized Charges on Account

If you suspect your account has been compromised you should reset your password as soon as possible. You may email billing@minutemediator.com regarding any fraudulent or erroneous charges on your account.
